Shipping & Delivery

We strive to get your supplements to you as quickly and safely as possible.

  • Guaranteed Delivery: We guarantee delivery on all orders within Europe that are sent via registered mail. In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost during transit within Europe, Held Supplements will replace the parcel free of charge.

  • International Shipping (Outside Europe): While we ship worldwide, we cannot guarantee delivery for orders outside of Europe, even if sent via registered mail. For these orders, Held Supplements cannot be held responsible for missing items or customs delays, and we do not offer refunds. By placing an international order, you accept full responsibility for the shipment.

Payment Methods

We offer various secure payment methods to ensure a smooth checkout process:

  • iDEAL (For Dutch customers)

  • Bancontact (For Belgian customers)

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • Bank Transfer (SEPA)

Returns

We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or faulty item:

  1. All returns must be confirmed by Held Supplements via email or phone prior to shipping.

  2. The customer is responsible for the product until it reaches our warehouse.

  3. Please note that return postage costs are non-refundable unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrectly.

Liability

The liability of Held Supplements resulting from the delivery of defective products is limited to direct damages up to the amount of the purchase price of the products concerned. Liability for indirect damages is excluded.

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Held Supplements, its affiliates, and directors against any claims arising out of your use of our services or violation of our terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be exclusively handled by the district court in Amsterdam.
